The Role – F&B Assistant:
As an F&B Assistant at our Heathrow, London location, you will play a vital role in our food and beverage team, contributing your skills across various departments, including the prestigious Estate Grill (2 Rosette), Conference & Banqueting Suites, and Lounge service.
Our service operates seven days a week, encompassing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which means we need team members with flexible availability, including weekends. Additionally, we frequently host private dining events, such as functions, weddings, celebrations, conferences, and more.
Sample shifts throughout the week may include times like 6:30 am – 4 pm, 6 pm – Midnight, and 2 pm – 1 am for special events.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Estate Grill, lounge, or function room for service.
- Extend a warm welcome and greet guests at our Heathrow, London location.
- Efficiently take guest orders and skillfully serve food and beverages, including alcoholic options.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing their requests and concerns.
- Professionally handle and resolve any service issues that may arise.
- Accurately present bills to guests and process payments.
- Reset the restaurant, lounge, or function room at the end of each shift, ensuring it is ready for the next service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area before concluding your shift.
