Candidate Registration Process

To complete your registration with Varang Recruitment, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

1. Completed application form
2. Photo Identification (valid passport or driving license)
3. Enhanced DBS Certificate (if already on update service)
4. Current or most recent CV
5. Proof of Right to Work in the UK (EU Passport with Leave to remain letter from Home Office, BRP, Visa, Valid Passport)
6. Proof of National Insurance Number
7. 2x Proof of Address (Within the last 3 months)
8. Proof of Bank Account showing account number, sort code, account holder’s name
9. Driving License, Digital Tacho Card, DQC card (for driving roles only)
10. Certification for relevant qualifications
11. Two professional references covering a 5-year period
12. Proof of immunization for NHS work (Hep B, Varicella, Measles, Rubella & TB)
13. Proof of two doses of COVID Vaccination (unless on exception)
14. A passport-sized photo

Once your registration is complete, you will receive candidate login details and access to our app. Through the app, you can view job vacancies, booking confirmations, electronic timesheets, and more.

Self-Employed Candidates

If you are a self-employed candidate, we also welcome you to work with Varang Recruitment. Please provide the following documentation:

1. Proof of UTR (Unique Tax Reference) or Limited company incorporation certificate
2. Proof of Public Liability Insurance to the value of £500,000,000
3. Proof of Business Bank Account
4. Copy of Company Invoice
